Terms of Use

Thank you for using CU Snacks! CU Snacks is a student enterprise owned by Columbia's Center for Career Education, and managed entirely by students. CU Snacks specializes in late night snack delivery and serves all Columbia and Barnard students, staff, faculty, and all residents between 111th street and 121st street, Riverside to Amsterdam.

All orders have to be placed using Munch Money. We do not accept cash. Orders can be cancelled before delivery by calling us at 212-853-FOOD (3663). Non-deliverable orders due to the customers' absence can't be refunded and have to be picked up by the customer later from the snack shack (in Wien).

Munch Money deposits are non-refundable after September 1, 2007. Munch Money deposits are non-transferable between academic years. It will not carry over into fall '08. Munch Money is not affiliated with Columbia University's Dining Services and is non-transferable to any campus meal plans such as Dining Dollars or John Jay meal points. In rare cases when a customer's credit card gets charged, but neither CU Snacks or the customer has received any transaction confirmation, the customer can have his or her account credited with the proper form of written proof.
